Behind The Ear (BTE)
BTE hearing aids are worn behind the ear and loop over the top of the ear. The hearing aid detects sound, amplifies it, and transmits it to an ear mould that goes within your ear canal. This type of hearing aid is suitable for nearly all types of hearing loss and for persons of all ages. A BTE hearing aid is the most obvious and visible type of hearing aid, while some newer models are smaller, streamlined, and scarcely detectable. Can provide higher amplification than other types of hearing aids.

In the ear (ITE)
These Custom Hearing Aids are worn behind the ear. They are custom-made to fit your shape and include a twin microphone design that increases overall sound quality and amplification. A hearing aid with ITE They produce greater sound quality since they have two microphones. This hearing aid is suitable for people who have moderate to severe hearing loss. It is visible from the outside since it is larger than CIC or ITC.

Completely in canal (CIC)
These are custom-molded to fit inside your ear canal and can help adults with mild to moderate hearing loss. A CIC hearing aid is the most inconspicuous in the ear. Because the ear protects the instrument, it is less likely to pick up wind noise. Is simple to use with the phone.

Open fit/ RIC Open fit/ RIC
These are tiny BTE-style devices. The sound is sent from the instrument to the ear canal via a short tube or wire. Because these aids leave the ear canal open, they are best suited for mild to moderate high-frequency hearing loss where low-frequency hearing is still normal or near normal.
